Did you hear about the success of the Women's Build Event? It’s been all over social media, and we are proud of the women that came out to share their skills to support Nonprofits all over the world. We have so much appreciation for Dr. Kamel Hothi OBE for being such an inspirational speaker and sharing her incredible story. If you missed it, please reach out and we can share a private link. Let’s give a huge shoutout to the
volunteers awarded top honors at the Women's Build Event:

Annual Social Justice Event
June 24 - 26 2022
xBlack Alliance is a nonprofit on a mission to help Black Creators find opportunities to empower the Black community by using their social media voice. They will achieve this by connecting Black Creators with changemakers from the private, social, and public sectors. Focus areas range from anti-Blackness, social justice, gender equity, voter suppression, diversity & inclusion and so much more. The goal is to activate Black Creators with changemakers who will not only improve the Black community but also increase the global economy.
Registration is open until June 3rd, and the planning committee is forming now! Contact Erin@48in48.org for details on volunteering or the planning committee. We need your support to make every event a success.
Cheers, Sima Parekh Executive Director

WOW! What a weekend! Thank you to all the volunteers and sponsors that contributed to this year’s Women’s Build Event as we couldn’t have pulled this off without you. Having so many Nonprofits get high quality websites over the weekend will enable them to spread their message, secure donations and volunteers, and help them reach their
goals.
