I believe 2021 will continue to challenge us so let’s embrace a new year that will be full of changes for everyone - personally, professionally or politically. As a new administration takes on the duty of serving our country, we at 48in48, with our partners, will continue to serve those who need our support. In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, "Everybody can be great, because anybody can serve."
48in48 could not serve deserving nonprofits in our communities without the support of our amazing volunteers and sponsors. They allow us to do good. Thank you again for your continued support. This event is designed to showcase the incredible talents of women and those who identify as women in the technology and digital marketing world. Are holding out for a more global experience? We can do that too! The 2021 Global Eventscheduled for Oct 1-3, 2021 will be waiting for you in the fall. Depending on the pandemic situation, this event may be our first hybrid allowing a portion of volunteers to be onsite at a location in Atlanta.

Nonprofit Spotlight:Chicago Tap Dance Theatre
Celebrating their 18th anniversary this past year, Mark started Chicago Tap Dance Theatre in 2002. With a mission to tell stories through tap, Mark saw a gap in the existing market. The original goal was not to make a Nonprofit but to create an entirely original show. In the spring of 2002, Mark rented a theatre, got a group of dancers and students, and debuted a show on May 22nd in 2002.
